Thought we had a leak under the kitchen sink. At least we were told we did by the refrigerator repairman. We called Jones & Sons plumbing on a Friday and they came on Monday. Darius came in the time frame we were told and he was so nice and professional. Turns out there was no leak but explained why the fridge repairman thought there was. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to talk us into something we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Jones!

I was texted in advance that Darryl was on his way. He came within the appointment hours. He introduced himself and was very pleasant. We went to look at my water heater. I wanted it replaced as I am a snow bird and have owned this place for ten years. I left him. He came back in to tell me my water heater is functioning well, it was installed in 2013, and there is no sign of water. I told Darryl to replace it. Preventative maintenance. He gave me the price. I asked about discounts. He offered a $50. Senior discount. He kept me informed of what was going on. Well done job and I enjoyed chatting with him a bit. He's from Northern New Jersey and loves the change of scenery here in Florida.

Jones and Sons came to my house the next day after I called and they had great communication about arrival times and came right when they promised. James was very pleasant and explained the repairs that were needed in great detail and offered alternatives. After the work was done, he showed photos and included them in the invoice, priced as promised. Would recommend and have recommended in the past.

We recently had a hot water heater replaced in a mobile home, and it was imperative that it be done as quickly as possible since we were in the last two weeks before closing on the property sale. James showed up within the timeframe that he said he’d be there,gave a call when he was on his way and done an amazing job installing the heater. It had to go into a small area, and James was able to put it into that space by himself very carefully, taking care not to cause any damage to any of the surrounding areas. He tapped everything to make sure nothing got wet and cleaned up everything like he had never been there when he left. Thank you, James.
